There is a real necessity of introducing new methods in order to achieve in
vivo<\/em> tridimensional picture of intracellular structures (like the holography).
This is the only way to avoid the non-conformity with the reality, and the
investigators will have a real idea of the building and functioning of cells.<\/p>\n\n\n\nLet us hope that during coming XXI century this dream will become usual
